Refund & Cancellation Policy

FormEZ par payment karne se pehle customer ko applicable service charges clearly दिखाई जाती हैं. Payment complete karne ke baad refund aur cancellation neeche diye gaye rules ke according process kiye jayenge.

1. Cancellation

Customer service processing शुरू होने से पहले cancellation request kar sakta hai. Processing शुरू होने के बाद cancellation/refund eligibility service ki स्थिति aur work completed hone par depend karegi.

2. Full Refund

Agar FormEZ ki taraf se service provide nahi ki ja sakti, order technical/system issue ke कारण successfully process nahi ho pata, ya FormEZ ki applicable refund conditions ke अनुसार customer eligible hai, to eligible amount ka refund initiate kiya ja sakta hai.

3. Partial Refund

Agar service ka kuch part successfully complete ho chuka hai aur kuch part complete nahi hua, to circumstances ke अनुसार partial refund applicable ho sakta hai.

4. No Refund / Limited Refund

Galat, incomplete ya misleading information customer dwara provide karne, customer ke documents/information ki कमी, government/third-party portal ke rejection, customer ki eligibility issue, ya customer ke कारण application submit na ho paane ki स्थिति mein refund automatically guaranteed nahi hai.

Government department, examination authority, university, payment provider ya kisi third-party portal dwara application reject hone par FormEZ application approval ki guarantee nahi deta.

5. Duplicate Payment

Agar ek hi order ke liye customer se गलती से duplicate payment receive hoti hai, to verification ke baad duplicate amount ka applicable refund process kiya jayega.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refund ko original payment method ya applicable payment channel ke माध्यम से process kiya jayega. Bank, UPI, card, payment gateway ya अन्य financial institution ki processing time FormEZ ke control se bahar ho sakti hai.

7. Disputes

Refund ya transaction se संबंधित complaint customer FormEZ ke official support channel par order ID/payment details ke साथ raise kar sakta hai. FormEZ transaction records aur service status verify karke matter review karega.

8. Important Notice

FormEZ sirf platform/service assistance provide karta hai. Government departments, universities, examination authorities aur other third parties ke decisions, delays, rejection ya technical problems ke liye FormEZ responsible nahi hoga jab woh FormEZ ke reasonable control se bahar hon.

9. Policy Changes

FormEZ आवश्यकता ke अनुसार is Refund & Cancellation Policy ko update kar sakta hai. Updated policy isi page par publish ki jayegi.
