Welcome to FormEZ. FormEZ is an online platform that connects customers with verified workers/operators for assistance with online form filling and related digital services. By accessing or using FormEZ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Service

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information while submitting forms or requesting services. FormEZ may refuse, suspend or terminate access if any information is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful.

2. Form Filling Services

FormEZ provides technology and assistance for submitting information to applicable third-party/government portals. FormEZ does not guarantee approval, selection, admission, recruitment, issuance of certificates, or any decision made by a government department, institution or third party.

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of information before final submission.

3. User Documents & Information

Users may be required to provide documents such as photographs, identity documents, educational certificates and other information necessary for the requested service. FormEZ will use such information only for legitimate service-related purposes and according to its Privacy Policy.

Users must not upload documents that belong to another person without proper authorization.

4. Worker/Operator Services

Workers/operators registered on FormEZ are independent service providers/users of the platform. FormEZ may verify workers and monitor service quality, but does not guarantee the conduct or performance of every worker in every situation.

Workers must not misuse, copy, permanently retain, sell, share or disclose customer documents or information.

5. Payments & Refunds

Applicable service charges, platform fees and other charges will be displayed before payment. Payments must be made through the available payment methods.

Where applicable, payments may be temporarily held until the service reaches the applicable completion/verification stage. Refunds will be processed according to FormEZ's Refund & Cancellation Policy and the circumstances of the transaction.

6. Cancellation & Disputes

A customer may request cancellation or raise a dispute according to the applicable service rules. FormEZ may review transaction records, communication, submission status and other relevant information before deciding a dispute or refund.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Submit false, forged or fraudulent information.
• Use FormEZ for any illegal activity.
• Impersonate another person.
• Attempt unauthorized access to FormEZ systems.
• Misuse another person's documents or account.
• Copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the FormEZ platform.
• Abuse, threaten or harass workers, customers or FormEZ staff.

8. Service Availability

FormEZ aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network problems, third-party websites/APIs, government portals, payment providers or circumstances beyond FormEZ's reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The FormEZ name, logo, software, design, interface, content and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to FormEZ and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

FormEZ will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by a user, decisions made by government/third-party authorities, third-party portal failures, payment-provider failures, network issues, or circumstances beyond FormEZ's reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Your use of FormEZ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information and documents are collected, used, protected and handled.

12. Changes to These Terms

FormEZ may update these Terms & Conditions when required. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of FormEZ after changes means that you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter.
